𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫. 𝐒𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. As 2024 comes to a close, I find myself looking back at the immense changes we’ve experienced – not just socially and politically, but also technologically, especially in the world of AI. It’s been a year of rapid growth and transformation, with AI advancing at a breathtaking pace.

The AI Summit in Hamburg, organized by the AI.GROUP, was the perfect opportunity to reflect on what’s next.
𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 a𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐰.
🔹 AI is no longer just a buzzword – it’s a business necessity. As U.S. Consul General Jason Chue put it: "Companies not adopting AI are already behind."
🔹 Germany boasts over 1,000 AI solution providers, with 140 of them right here in Hamburg! The mission? Boost #productivity, reduce costs, and drive innovation.
𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬 the Industrial Revolution for Head Workers.
🔹 Dr. Hauke Hansen is Founding Partner at AI.FUND. He´s also the Managing Director Lakeside Invest, Chairman MCG, and an Ex-Amazon Executive. During his presentation, he aptly said, we’re witnessing “the #IndustrialRevolution for head workers.” The growth of AI ETFs confirms it – AI is reshaping industries across the board.
🔹 AI.Group Founder Ragnar Kruse reminded us: "If someone is doing something good, copy it and build on it." Look at your professional environment with the attitude #collaboration rather than competition.

𝐀𝐈 is basically nothing more than evolved software.
🔹Dr. Jonathan Mall describes himself as an AI and Psychology Geek. He ist the founder of Neuroflash, which could be described as a better ChatGPT, or as he puts it: "Europe's No 1 AI Content Generation Suite". Several years ago, I had the pleasure of listening to his presentation on their new tool, which, as Jonathen put it, takes the pain out of writing. He then aptly quoted the American poet and writer Dorothy Parker's famous quote: “I hate to write, but I love having written”.
At the AI Summit, I was thoroughly impressed with what Neuroflash can offer, and I loved this angle he offered:
“It’s called AI when it doesn’t work. Once it works, they call it software.” 😂
🔹 The rise of AI agents is undeniable – billions will exist in the next few years. But accountability and monetization are critical, says Plan.Net Studio founder Nina Louisa Matzat, and rightly so. #Blockchain, anyone? How? Blockchain tracks AI decisions and helps monetize services securely. AI and blockchain thus work together to boost trust and transparency.
AI is a gamechanger.
AI’s potential to impact GDP is massive – but only if we act now. Take a cue from China, where AI is being integrated into schools to nurture the #nextgeneration of talent. 🚀
It's a shame that the education system in Germany hasn't picked up on this development yet.
Let´s hope for the best that this is about to change... our kids will be a driving force in this. That´s for sure.

Navigating Exciting Times
We live in one of the most interesting times of our lives.
Exciting times, yes. Still, so many things happening all at once is exhausting, too.
The end of the year is near - so, time to take a break.
MAIrry ChristmAIs, everyone, and a HAIppy New YeAIr!
At my prompting on ChatCPT, these three tsunami waves were created.
